Rates for Virtual Bookkeeping Services

We offer experienced professionals - virtual assistant, virtual bookkeeper or virtual accountant - at the rate of $5 to $8 per hour depending on the number of hours you commit per month.  We also offer a fixed price plan of $100 per month which should be sufficient for most small businesses.

40 hours per month (1/4 FTE) $6.5 per hour $260 per month
80 hours per month (1/2 FTE) $6 per hour $480 per month
160 hours per month (1 FTE) $5 per hour $800 per month
Fixed price plan of $100 per month
  • Enter up to 50 invoices or bills per month.
  • Reconcile QuickBooks against up to 2 bank accounts setup for automatic download.
  • Categorize transactions into standard IRS-approved chart of accounts.
  • Statements emailed to you on a monthly basis:
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Profit and loss
    • Client balance detail (Accounts Receivable)
    • Balance Sheet
  • Questions answered via email within 24 hours
  • Only pay after bookkeeping services have been rendered and upon receipt of the monthly invoice.  In other words, you do not have to pay anything upfront to get started.  There are no setup or advance fees.
  • You can cancel bookkeeping services at any time.  You will only be liable to pay for the bookkeeping services rendered.  There will be no other penalties or cancellation fees.
